You can take Infopass to findout, wheather this notice is by mistake - if so you are out of problem. Otherwise, I don't think, there is any other option then getting it done, you can keep on extending till your wife comes here.

In newborns, finger ridges are not developed and it can happen with some grown ups. If you rub fingers against rough surface before FP, FP will not come properly.

I am working in company Vision System Group Inc (VSG INC). They are under USCIS investigation and involved in illegal activities. (Vision Systems Group Inc., was indicted in a 10-count federal indictment that included one count of conspiracy, eight counts of mail fraud, and one count of 'Notice of Forfeiture' in the amount of $7.4 million.) .

They also told that they will pay Feb(whole months) salary when ever they can. I sent many emails for Feb Salary, VSG HR ppl are saying you should ask new management for salary I (VSG HR ppl) am also now employee for Zolon. I talk to Zolon HR ppl and I told if I dont get Feb salary then I will complain DOL and file a case throgh attorney. Zolon HR ppl are saying Zolon' responsibility of paying salary is from March only.In reality VSG should have paid this salary already, we (might) pay but dont know when. You can file case and lets attorney decide. I dont care.
How should complain about salary to DOL should I complain against Zolon or VSG or both? Now there is no VSG. will I get success? Zolon might slip away by saying I acquired from March.
It is also possible Zolon and VSG owner might be relatives. and want to make money by not paying Feb salary.
Please advice.

Clearly they felt putting EB2 india PD at Jan 2003 created too much of a flow. So they made it unavailable for a while then backed up 6 months with this new quota.
My view is with the coming deluge of Labours from the BECs and the promised pick up in the pace of 140 adjudications, those of us in EB2 will be very lucky if we see a month for month movement in priority dates. I suspect you could count yourself lucky if you get to file for 485 in this fiscal year.
EB india's situation is truly that bad. The bulge in applications in 2002-2005 is so huge that I feel that absent legislation the dates may move at best 4 months per year for the next few years.
Just think that 40K green cards went to India last year and this year it will not exceed 10K by much. That was before BECs.
It is a truly daunting situation.
I however do feel there will be some solution to this mess within the next year with some sort of legislation that corporate america will push.

I have taken filights to Indore from both Mumbai and Delhi. There is not much difference per say, both of them provide you the shuttle to domestic airport. The delhi shuttle takes slightly longer (like 10 mins more). Both places have good facilities to wait too.
So I guess take whichever is cheaper.
One important point to remember though is that if you are travelling in Dec and Jan, Delhi does get a lot of fog and flights get delayed. So if your domestic flight got delayed, you might the international one or if the international one get delayed then you might be stuck in delhi for a while. I got stuck there for a day (although the airline provided nice accomadation).
So if going in Dec or Jan, choose Mumbai.

With out a GC, you may not get the best rate. But you sure can get a mortgage loan while in H1/EAD.
When you shop around ask for rate quote and that time they won't ask your immigration status. If bank changes the rate based on your immi status, do not go with them.
I bought the house while I was on H1 4 years back (I am still using my H1 and I have an EAD now) and nobody asked me my imm status. I submitted the document at the time of doing paperwork but it did not change my rate. I got the best rate based on my credit from wells fargo.

You do NOT need a mexican visa for Indian citizens if you satisfy the below
1) Stay less than 72 hrs
2) stay with in 40 km from the US border
Get a Mexican Permit (alternate to a visa)... Permit is just a piece of paper, the Mexican immigration officer do not even stamp your passport with an entry stamp. I had been to Mexico to get my US visa stamped and I never got a mexican visa.

You should not have a problem. But you will get an RFE and then you need to complete. But good if you can get medical examination completed, because almost everyone would have put that shot in India. Convey your doctor to say yes and complete it.

To reeneter you need approved I-797 of the employer that you will be working for as well as unexpired H1 stamp. Stamp can be for the other employer as long as it is not expired.
You cannot eneter using the receipt, you need approval. So if it seems to be taking a long time to get approval go ahead and upgrade your petition to premium

Thanks for your reply. I am getting the affidavits from my parents, as well as from blood relatives. However, I have been also asked to provide government document stating why mother's name is absent on birth certificate. I am trying to figure out any government law (currently checking births and deaths act of 1969), which can state that name of head-of-household is sufficient for birth certificates. My birth certificate also mentions the Births and Deaths Rules of 1972 of West Bengal, however, I can't locate an online document. If I have to get a statement from court, does anybody have any idea about what would be the template?

hi,
what i heard from my new employer is that it is not advisible to invoke Ac21 as long as you get RFE from where you have filed your 485 application or through attroney,
they told me that if you invoke AC21 it may delay your process. so what i feel is that it is better not to invoke AC21 as long as previous employer is in good terms with you....

Hi - I haven't obtained a Schengen visa from the Swedish consulate, but have obtained one several times from the French consulate. I also had trouble obtaining exactly worded letters from my insurance company. The best option for these embassy visa requirements, for me, was to purchase one for $12-$14 from InsureMyVisa.com. They give you a letter as per exact requirements of whichever country's consulate you are applying at. Good luck!
