You cannot use the experience gained in the current position , so subract that and then do the MS + watever was present before the current position and go for it.
Also check some thread on IV which talks about EB2 rules changed or something with respect to job codes etc...

I-485 RFE details.
Needed evidences:
1. 2 Passport size photos in USCIS specs.
2. Form I-693 completed by civil surgeon.
We did submit all these requested I-693 and photos during the initial filing. My question is, does USCIS request for new I-693 if the original one submitted is older than one year or more?

Well I dont understand you guys... Why the hell u start cursing... If i was a Devil or what so ever taking a illegal route... I wouldnot have posted this question here but would have gone the route and started the process
Btw before cursing.. at least think twice...
and wat about all those desi who work with consultancy who stay on bench etc etc ... where does Oct 2nd/ gone for them..,..? I am sure people who cursed me were one of them !
Infact ateast I am open and willing to ask people before taking any unethical step or wrong step...!

As I understand, technically there are different situations - for example,
1. If some one is married to Canadian Citizen, his/her requirement of presence not needed and can hold lifelong Canadian PR, while remainig in USA on GC or as US Citizen.
2. Similarly, if someone is hired by Canadian Company and sent to USA, his/her requirement for presence is not needed.
American Citizen do get Canadian PR, there are some advantage too, such as medical.

Please be adviced If your wife is on H4 you cannot use your EAD.
The day you use ur EAD your wife will be out of Status.
If she becomes out of status, you will not be able to add her to your I485 application when the dates become current.

I am a F1 student and am on OPT now. I got my H1B visa approved from Oct-1 2006 to Sep-30 2009.
But my school said I cannot get my degree certificate till December 2006.
My question is when I apply for my Green card will I be considered into EB2 list or EB3 list. On what basis will this be decided.
Please suggest.

If your employer has applied H1B on your bachelor degree then you are EB3 but it can change if you have BS+5yrs Experience before filing LC ..

Education is always a good investment. You may do it for GC or for any other purpose. But my advise would be to pick a good reputed school that you can handle and do something that would help your career.
ALways go for reputed - amongst top 100 colleges. I was admitted in top 25 but didn't take it due to higher fees. I ended-up doing from a top 50 but still I see people who took reputed colleges despite fees and other issues and they are having the last laugh.

Too bad. Sometimes you end up misplacing some document and you overturn the entire house to find them in an unexpected location. Start looking for it from every location in the house and you may find it unexpectedly.
Also, I did leave a copy of atleast my first I-20 at home before I flew to US and I bet my dad would still have it if I needed it. Try to see if you did something similar. Only drawback is it does not have the entry stamp as the copy was made before I entered US in my case.
After this happened to my friend, I decided to scan all documents and store it online to avoid damage from the natural elements.
To me, it does sound like your attorney definitely has the copy but they are just lazy to look for it or dig into it.
