You can call UK consulate and ask them for this information. They have a paid phone service (~2 dollars per minute) available. If you do not mind me asking, why are you going through the pain of getting a transit visa?
they advice atleast 4-6 weeks even though avg processing time is 10 business days, you may email them its better than paying for same info

EB3 with PD June 2001 and I-485 was applied with RD of Oct 2002.
The online case tracking system has the status of case received and pending
Meanwhile, a call to USCIS revealed about the I-485 denial in Nov, 2005.
The I-485 was denied in Nov 2005 and we were not notified by USCIS and my attorney also did not get any denial notice.
How can the case be denied with out any notice? Do we have precedence on this level by USCIS?
I did a FP appt in Jan 2006 though.
I have been asked to refile I-485 now.

As part of Class action lawsuit can we ask for recapturing of all unused visa numbers? I believe the number is at least 300K, it covers the green cards for 2003, 2004 and 2005. 2006 can go with 2008 quota. So everyone will be happy.
I believe this is the provision we should fight for instead of CIRcus.
What are your thoughts?

So you are good to go. This means, when the company applied for your H1, they also applied for your wife's extension using form I-539.
When your wife presents the I-797 in her name, a new I-94 will be given upto 12/25/2009.
There are few cases, where out of ignorance or negligence, they do not apply I-539 while applying for H1, thereby jeopardising h4 status.
In your case, it has been done right. so no worries.

It is possible to register the birth later than one year after the actual date of birth.?
First, We to get a Non-Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC) from the concerned office.
After that, get an affidavit from parent or a close relative stating the birth took place at home/ hospital etc and get it notarized. Then a "vakalatnama" has to be filed by the Parents/close relatives through an attorney and submitted to the Municipality court of that jurisdiction along with the Non-Availability of Birth Certificate.
"A Class" magistrate will then review the case and issue a standing order to the Municipal office to make a fresh entry and then issue a new birth certificate.
You should carry school leaving certificate, tenth or twelfth class certificate, applicant's passport, address proof of parents etc. to them to register your birth. If available, please take the address proof that indicates that your parents lived in that area at the time of your birth. Delayed birth certificates are not considered as conclusive evidence of birth.
If your birth was registered more than 1 after your were born, you must submit the secondary evidence should be submitted along with the certificate.

from the regional Passport Office? They probably issue a standard PCC.

You can just drag and drop the icon you want into Blend or explicitly add it via the Projects panel :)
Your question on connecting to an XML data source is interesting because there are several ways of doing this. One approach is by using Linq and just parsing the output.

Yes! I have my H1-B Case Filing Receipt Notice with EAC number.
I see the same message (as you posted) when I tried to see the status first time around Mid Nov. I thought it may take few days or a week to appear online (based on the past). But, same message till now!!
Something is not linked right and may be due to some upgrade USCIS were doing in last few months. Not Sure!!!

This is a very good point ,if illegal under guest worker program can pursue a path to a citizenship after 6yrs provided that they can show they have paid taxes, learn English and pass background check...Why can't we ask the same for us, we have entered US legally without breaking any law, are paying taxes and are highly educated let aside learn English. And the senators have agreed about getting in line or behind the line (First in first out) approach for getting Citizenship, we are just asking for GC ;) ?
